What we collect
When you use the booking or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to write in the message box. As a patient we also hold your clinical records.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and confirm appointments, and to provide dental care. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Clinical records are retained in line with NHS and GDC guidance.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
